Market approval for radio products in Japan is granted on the basis of the Japanese Radio Law and the Japanese Telecommunication Business Law of the  Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) and is a necessity for placing products on the market in Japan.

In this webinar, we will discuss the basic requirements for market approval in Japan and provide examples of when approval under the Japanese Radio Law or Telecommunication Business Law is necessary.
