The CCC certification based on the China Compulsory Certificate is issued by the responsible state authority in China and is in principle comparable to a CE marking for the European area.
After issuing the China Compulsary Certificate, the manufacturer must acquire the certification label from the Chinese authority. After the CCC certificate is issued, the manufacturer applies to use the logo. This must be done before the product can be marketed, imported, imported and used for commercial purposes.
The CCC was introduced in 2002 and applies to products of foreign manufacturers to be imported into China as well as Chinese products. Therefore, in this case, we can talk about a universal certification standard.
