In our specialized bunker, designed for highly hazardous tests and equipped with precise data loggers, we conduct realistic fire and explosion tests. These tests are carried out on transport boxes that can contain smaller batteries in accordance with ADR packaging regulation P911, or larger batteries (from 400 kg) according to LP9036.

• Required tests according to BAM guidelines
  As a laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO 17025, we can conduct the tests required by BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing) in accordance with BAM-GGR024 Appendix 2. This is a prerequisite for the approval of the box for transport use under the Special Regulation 376 ADR.
• Controlled conditions
  All tests are carried out in our specially designed bunker, which meets the highest safety standards. Gas formation and potentially explosive reactions are effectively controlled by our exhaust system.
• Proof through a test report
  After successful fire testing, we will provide you with the necessary documentation required for the approval of your transport box by BAM.
